These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, classes, and programs offered by I Want Knowledge ("we," "us," or "our"), including Options 101 and the 5-Day Stock Options 101 Mastermind. By registering for a class, making a purchase, or using our websites, you agree to these Terms.
Educational Purposes Only
We provide education and training only. Nothing on our websites, in our classes, or in any of our programs is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security or options contract. Christopher Jackson and I Want Knowledge are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners. Always consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision.
Risk Disclosure
Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Options carry a high level of risk, and you can lose the entire amount invested. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Before trading options, you should read "Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options," published by the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC). Any market examples used in our teaching are for illustration only.
No Guarantees; Individual Results Vary
We make no representation or guarantee that you will achieve profits, income, or any particular result from attending our classes or enrolling in our programs. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Your results depend on many factors, including your experience, capital, discipline, and market conditions, and most people who attend an educational class do not achieve results of any kind. Testimonials on our pages reflect the real experiences of real students; they are individual experiences, and they are not a promise or guarantee of your outcome.
Live Classes and Recordings
Our free masterclasses are taught live and are not recorded, and no replays are provided. Class dates and times may change; if you are registered, we will notify you by email or text. You may not record, reproduce, or redistribute any class or program content without our written permission.
Purchases, Billing, and Refunds
Prices for our programs are stated at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor.
Refund Policy: We will honor refund requests for up to 30 days after the conclusion of your 5-Day Stock Options 101 Mastermind. To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the name and email used at purchase.
Intellectual Property
All content in our classes, programs, websites, workbooks, and videos, including the Options 101 name, teaching frameworks, and materials, is our property or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own education. You may not copy, share, resell, or teach from our materials without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information when registering or purchasing, to keep your program access credentials private, and not to disrupt classes or use our communities to harass others or promote other products or services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Want Knowledge and its owners, employees, coaches, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of our websites, classes, or programs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the program giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our content or services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in York County, South Carolina.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of our websites and programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
